Overview
TitanRoof's Metal Retrofit Systems are more cost effective than replacing a roof, and are designed to help our clients maximize value and minimize the risks associated with large or complex roofing projects. By leveraging our capabilities in project management, metal fabrication, and retrofit expertise, TitanRoof is able to provide our clients with a valuable turnkey alternative to the traditional roof replacement.
Retrofit vs. Replacement
TitanRoof's Metal Retrofit Systems leave your existing roof in place, minimizing disruption to operations below. This reduces the time our crews are on-site, as well as labor, disposal, and energy costs.
On-Site Roll Forming
Typical factory-formed metal roof panels are installed in a manner that requires the panels to overlap, creating the opportunity leaks to occur. TitanRoof owns and operates mobile roll forming equipment that avoids the need for overlapping seams, and provides clients with a much better alternative than the typical factory formed panel. TitanRoof is one of a few companies globally with the capability of fabricating roof panels on-site at the roof height of the building. In addition to creating a nearly seamless roof system, substantial cost saving are achieved through reduction of waste.
